Click on "My Computer".
Right-click on your hard drive.
Select Properties and then click Disk Cleanup.
After calculating the amount of space, place a sign in each box.
Click on the tab "Options" on the top, under System, click the Delete button. Select OK, and let the process approach. It may take some time if you have never conducted this operation.
First, why so much space used. Get CCleaner. (http://tinyurl.com/c4pg2c). Download and run the analysis, bearing in mind what you say, seems to have a lot of crap in the system. And know that CCleaner is a Decrapifier (yes it is) a word. It cleans temporary files and free space. Select all options. This is expected to last several hours. If you are the cleanest, perform the defragmentation.
You've probably broken several panes of 60GB and is between the units. You can rely on my computer and check if you have more than one local unit.
